Kate Brennan

As one of the original members of the LI YJ elite program, Kate was recruited by top collegiate programs.

She achieved high school All American honors and attended The University of Pennsylvania. At Penn she was a four year starter and a two time captain. She was selected to the UPenn leadership retreat her senior year.

Currently she fullfills her passion in fitness and is a Lagree certified instructor. She applies this training and knowledge to her coaching and motivates women of all ages to live their best life.

At 41 years old after having her 4th child, Kate was surprisingly diagnosed with breast cancer. She saw this negative in her life as an opportunity to create a positive, and along with Lauren created Neon Lacrosse. Their mission statement is, "when given a lemon crush it and make organic lemonade." She is currently living her best life on Long Island with her husband and four kids.
